Donations and Payments

All registration fees and sponsorship donations are collected by the Stripe.com payment gateway. Registration fees are paid into The World Relay Ltd. All sponsorship donations are paid into The Running Charity. The Running Charity is managing donations for the City Relays event.

The Running Charity is a UK registered charity. Charity number 1157501. Located at 20 Ballast Quay, Greenwich, London, SE10 9PD

Registration fees will be used to cover the organisational costs of City Relays.

We are charged an unavoidable payment-processing fee from Stripe for every online transaction. 1.4% + 20p for European cards and 2.9% + 20p for non-European cards. https://stripe.com/gb/pricing

Cancellations and Withdrawals

In the event that a runner is no longer available to run their stage on the given time and date, they must notify the organisers immediately by emailing support@cityrelays.com with the subject line ‘URGENT: I CANNOT RUN MY STAGE’.

We regret that no refunds can be given.
